This machine tool is used for broaching the flat surfaces, formed surfaces (including arc surfaces) and keyways of various parts, and can also broach molds and other workpieces with an inclination range of 0 to 11°. It is suitable for single or small-batch production. The worktable of the machine tool has three different feed directions (longitudinal, transverse and rotary), so the processed parts can go through one installation
After clamping, several surfaces can be continuously processed on the machine tool. The machine tool is equipped with a hydraulic transmission mechanism for the reciprocating motion of the ram and a hydraulic feed device for the worktable. The speed of the ram remains constant during each stroke, and both the movement speed of the ram and the movement of the worktable can be adjusted steplessly. The hydraulic control console is equipped with a reversing mechanism for sliding reversing oil supply. In addition to hydraulic and manual feed, the worktable also has a separate motor drive for rapid longitudinal, lateral and rotary movement. The slotting machine with hydraulic feed feeds at the moment when it turns back after work is completed, thus being superior to the drum feed used in mechanical slotting machines.
The BYW5032 hydraulic shaker is an improved version of the BY5032E hydraulic shaker produced by our factory. In addition to having all the processing performance of a common slotting machine, it only needs to adjust the ram and the slide frame to rotate left and right by 0 to 15 degrees in the rotating support slot to insert and cut some special workpieces, thus expanding the processing range of the slotting machine more widely. For example: cutting the inner cone, the outer cone, the helical teeth of the inner cone, the helical teeth of the outer cone. Thus, it can meet the processing requirements of some special process parts and components.
