DK77 series CNC fast wire EDM wireline Cutting Machine (ordinary type)
Casting using high grade low phosphorus, low sulfur cast iron raw materials, bed, workbench, wire transport, line frame column are secondary artificial aging and natural aging treatment, greatly reducing the deformation coefficient of the machine, so that its structure is stable, the accuracy of the whole machine is very good.
All guide rails are made of GCr15A high quality bearing steel. After multiple strict heat treatment processes, the structure is stable, and the quenching hardness is between HRC5458 to ensure the accuracy and wear resistance of the guide rail.
Workbench drag plate and wire carrier plate are manufactured by well-known manufacturers with high precision ball screw, small friction, high precision, smooth wire transport, strong wear resistance, good accuracy retention, long service life. Adopts five-phase and ten-beat BF reactive stepping motor drive, large torque, small step distance, not easy to lose step, high cutting positioning accuracy.
The wire cylinder adopts seamless alloy steel pipe, FRP cover plate with advanced insulation and 40Cr alloy steel spindle, dynamic balance (unbalanced torque ≤0.5g.cm), hard surface plating, double SKFdouble bearing assembly, strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance, small unbalanced torque, good conductive insulation. The transmission part is driven by synchronous gear and toothed belt, and the silk movement is smooth and the noise is small.
The AC contactors and relays of the key parts of the machine tool appliances are made of Siemens and Omron brands to ensure the low failure rate of the machine tool.
Proximity commutation system to achieve flexible commutation to avoid mechanical commutation wear, improve reliability and service life.
