Uses and features:
This machine tool is used for broaching the flat surfaces, formed surfaces (including arc surfaces) and keyways of various parts, and can also broach molds and other workpieces with an inclination range of 0 to 10*. It is suitable for single or small-batch production.
The worktable of the machine tool has three different feed directions (longitudinal, transverse and rotary), so the workpiece can be continuously processed on several surfaces on the machine tool after one clamping. The machine tool is equipped with a hydraulic transmission mechanism for the reciprocating motion of the ram and a hydraulic feed device for the worktable. The speed of the ram remains constant during each stroke, and both the movement speed of the ram and the movement of the worktable can be adjusted steplessly. The hydraulic control console is equipped with a reversing mechanism for reversing oil to the ram. In addition to hydraulic and manual feed, the worktable also has a separate motor drive for rapid longitudinal, lateral and rotary movement. The slotting machine with hydraulic feed feeds at the moment when it turns back after work is completed, thus being superior to the drum feed used in mechanical slotting machines.
Compared with the traditional mechanical insertion machine:
The hydraulic transmission is equipped with a safety valve to achieve overload protection. When used under overload conditions, the overload function takes effect, thereby protecting safe production, which is something that mechanical slotting machines cannot achieve.
2. The main movement of the hydraulic press operates within the oil, enabling the lubrication surfaces of the machine tool to be self-lubricated. This significantly extends the service life of the machine tool and reduces production costs.
3. The hydraulic slotting machine adopts a stepless speed regulation method during operation, especially at low speeds, which is more stable. This is something that mechanical slotting machines cannot achieve.
4. The hydraulic automatic tool picking is reliable, and the tools are less likely to wear out, which increases the service life of the tools. The hydraulic automatic clamping mechanism presses the tool rest through the oil cylinder to prevent the tool bar from being too heavy and causing the tool to let go, thereby improving the surface finish and precision of the workpiece during the processing.
5. The tool feeding mechanism is completed before operation and directly supplies oil through the tool feeding oil pump, which greatly improves the tool feeding accuracy.
6. The feed rate of the hydraulic broaching machine is adjusted steplessly, which is very convenient to operate and ensures stable feed.
7. The hydraulic slotting machine has a small transmission volume, is easy to install, and is convenient to perform various complex process operations.
