Applications and Features:
This series of machines is designed for shaping various parts' planes, formed surfaces (including curved surfaces) and keyways, and can also shape molds with an inclination of 0 to 10 degrees. It is suitable for single-piece or small-batch production.
1. The worktable of the machine has three different feed directions (longitudinal, transverse, and rotary), allowing multiple surfaces to be processed on the workpiece after a single clamping.
2. The main cutting motion of the machine is hydraulically driven, and the safety valve in the drive system provides overload protection. When overloaded, the overload protection takes effect, ensuring safe operation.
3. This series of shapers is designed for heavy-duty parts shaping, capable of achieving three-axis (longitudinal, transverse, and rotary) feed in different directions, allowing for the processing of various curved surfaces, equal and unequal divisions, and keyways.
4. The transverse and longitudinal feeds of the machine are equipped with silent precision linear guides, which have a higher rated load than ordinary machines and can achieve high-precision linear motion under high loads.
5. The overall load-bearing capacity of the machine has been enhanced. Moreover, this machine can withstand the impact force generated by intermittent or gravity cutting, further improving its load and rigidity capabilities.
6. The hydraulic transmission is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection. When overloaded, the overload protection takes effect, ensuring safe operation.
7. The hydraulic automatic tool lift is reliable, reducing tool wear and extending tool life. The hydraulic automatic clamping mechanism uses a cylinder to clamp the tool rest, preventing the tool bar from being too heavy and causing tool deflection, thereby improving the surface finish and accuracy of the workpiece during processing.
8. The angle of the slide can be adjusted within the range of 0 to 10 degrees.
